Wendy Zhu, Managing Director, Global Head of Primary Fund Investments, AlpInvest Partners

Wendy is a Partner, Managing Director and Global Head of AlpInvest Partners’ Primary Fund Investments team. She is also responsible for the Secondary and Portfolio Finance team in the Asia Pacific region and a member of the Operating Committee. She joined AlpInvest Partners in 2007 from Macquarie Funds Management, where she was Senior Vice President of Asia-Pacific regional private equity fund investments and co-investments. Previously, Wendy was a Director with Deutsche Bank Asset Management and an Associate Director at MetLife. Wendy received a BS in Business Administration and an MS in Accounting from the University of Southern California. She represents AlpInvest Partners on various Advisory Boards.

Shirley Ma, Senior Portfolio Manager, Private Equity, APG Asset Management Asia

Shirley Ma is a Senior Portfolio Manager in the Private Equity team of APG Asset Management, based in Hong Kong. She leads APG’s Private Equity efforts in Asia Pacific.

Prior to joining APG, Shirley was a Director of Private Equity Asia at MetLife. She was a member of the Alternative Investments Unit investment committee and represented MetLife on a number of fund advisory boards. Before relocating to Hong Kong in 2014, Shirley spent seven years in London with MetLife where she focused on sourcing, selection, implementation and monitoring for private equity fund investments in Asia and Europe. Prior to MetLife, Shirley was an auditor in PricewaterhouseCoopers in London and Ernst & Young in Hong Kong.

Shirley holds a master’s degree in International Banking from the University of Birmingham and a bachelor’s degree in Surveying from the University of Hong Kong. She is also a CFA charterholder.

Melissa Guzy, Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Arbor Ventures

Melissa C. Guzy is the Founder and Managing Partner of Arbor Ventures. Before the founding of Arbor Ventures, Melissa was a Managing Partner and a member of the Investment Committee at VantagePoint Capital Partners, where she invested in early stage technology companies in Asia, Europe and Silicon Valley. Her current board positions include EverCompliant, Fundbox, InCountry, Tabby, Planck Re and TrueAccord. Melissa was the investor board member of Paidy which was acquired by Paypal for $2.88 billion. Melissa also sits on the Board of Trustees of The Jackson Laboratory whose mission is to discover precise genomic solutions for disease and empower the global biomedical community in the shared quest to improve human health.

Melissa attended Wellesley College and earned a master’s degree in Finance from the University of Florida. She is the author of the paper “Venture Capital Returns and Public Market Performance”. Melissa is the Co-Chair of the Hong Kong Venture Capital Association (“HKVCA”) Venture Committee, a member of the Board of Directors of the HKVCA and the Singapore Venture Capital Associate and a former member to the Hong Kong SFC on Innovation. Additionally, she was a guest lecturer on the Venture Capital Industry at the University of Florida, Hong Kong University, Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Melissa is also a Hopkins Fellow and participated in the Women’s Leadership Program at Harvard University. She has been recognized as a Top 100 Influencer in Fintech (NxtBnk), AlwaysOn Fintech Power Player, as well as one of the Top 13 Women in Asia of Tech Influencers.

Rebecca Xu, Co-Founder & Managing Director, Asia Alternatives

Rebecca Xu is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Asia Alternatives. Ms. Xu splits her time between Asia Alternatives’ Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong offices. Ms. Xu is on the Firm’s Investment Committee and co-leads Asia Alternatives’ investments in growth and venture capital funds, focusing most of her time on Asia Alternatives’ China investments.

Prior to starting Asia Alternatives, Ms. Xu was a Senior Investment Officer at the Funds Group of the International Finance Corporation (“IFC”), the private sector investment arm of the World Bank Group. There, she had the primary responsibility of leading IFC’s fund investing and portfolio supervision in Asia for over six years. Previously, Ms. Xu also worked at McKinsey & Co, Inc. (Washington D.C.) and HSBC (Hong Kong).

Ms. Xu received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Foreign Affairs College in Beijing, China. Ms. Xu is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.

Ms. Xu currently serves on the Advisory Boards for a number of Asia Alternatives’ China and India private equity funds. In addition, she serves as the Chairwoman of the Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (HKVCA) and on the Board of the Chun Hui Bo’ai Children’s Foundation. Ms. Xu is a member of the Hong Kong Academy of Finance.

Akihiko Yasuda, Managing Director, Head of Hong Kong Office , Asia Alternatives

Akihiko Yasuda is a Managing Director of Asia Alternatives. Mr. Yasuda leads and is based in Asia Alternatives’ Hong Kong office. Mr. Yasuda is on the Firm’s Investment Committee. Mr. Yasuda co-leads the Firm’s investments in Japan, Korea and Australia and co-leads Asia Alternatives’ investments in buyouts, secondaries and special situations.

Mr. Yasuda has over 30 years of professional experience in the areas of corporate finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance, fixed income investing and private equity investing. Prior to joining Asia Alternatives, Mr. Yasuda was most recently an Executive Director and Head of Private Equity at the Sumitomo Trust Finance (H.K.) Limited, an investment advisory arm of The Sumitomo Trust & Banking Co., Ltd. Mr. Yasuda managed the global private equity fund investment advisory group in Hong Kong for the bank’s pension clients as well as the parent bank proprietary investments.

From 2003-2007, Mr. Yasuda was Director at CITIC Capital Partners (“CITIC Capital”), a private equity arm of CITIC Capital Holdings Limited. At CITIC Capital, Mr. Yasuda worked in the Tokyo and Shanghai offices as one of the core founding members for the firm’s first private equity fund. He also served on the Board of Directors for Pokka Corporation, a leading Japanese beverage company and one of CITIC Capital’s portfolio companies.

Mr. Yasuda received an M.B.A. from Haas School of Business at University of California at Berkeley and holds a Bachelor in Economics from Kwansei Gakuin University, Japan. He is fluent in Japanese.

Mr. Yasuda currently sits on the Advisory Boards for several of Asia Alternatives’ Japanese, Korean, Australian, Pan Asia and Special Situations private equity funds. In addition, he serves as Co-Chair of the LP Committee and sits on the Education & Research Committee of the Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (HKVCA).

Lorna Chen, Co-Managing Partner of Greater China & Regional Co-Head of Funds and Asset Management, CEMA*, A&O Shearman

Lorna has 28 years of experience across the United States, Europe and Asia in the corporate law area, including 24 years in the investment funds and private equity field. She advises clients in the structuring, restructuring, formation and operation of alternative investment products, including private equity funds, venture capital funds, hedge funds, real estate funds, funds of funds, project funds and co-investment structures.

Lorna has extensive experience in cross-border transactions representing top global institutional clients such as the world’s major sovereign wealth funds, wealth management platforms, commercial and policy banks, insurance companies, as well as family offices and start-up companies.

Lorna is a frequent speaker at major regional conferences and is regularly interviewed by the financial media in Asia. She has also been consistently rated a leading lawyer by various independent ranking publications.

Celia Yan, Managing Director, Head of APAC Private Credit, BlackRock

Celia Yan, Managing Director, is the Head of APAC Private Credit within BlackRock Portfolio Management Group, and is the Lead Portfolio Manager of BlackRock’s APAC Private Credit funds and Chair of the Investment Committee. She is responsible for leading the platform, originating and executing investment opportunities, managing the investment process, and maintaining relationships with key deal sources and intermediaries across APAC. Celia serves on BlackRock's Global Private Debt Executive Committee and APAC Operating Committee (APOP).

Prior to joining BlackRock in 2020, Celia was the Head of Greater China with ADM Capital where she joined in 2011. As a senior private credit investor, she led the overall investment strategy and specialized in sourcing and executing private credit investments with Chinese angles, including inbound deals to mainland China and outbound deals across Asia and globally. Prior to that, Celia worked for National Australia Bank in Melbourne, where she advised on investment, performance and risk analysis solutions. Celia has a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Melbourne (Australia), and a Master of Applied Econometrics from Monash University (Australia).

Eric Mason, Head of Private Equity, The Church Pension Fund

Eric Mason is a Managing Director of The Church Pension Fund. He joined the Church Pension Fund in 2009 as the head of the Fund’s new Asian office based in Hong Kong and has been based in Asia for almost 25 years. Mr. Mason and his team are responsible for the Fund’s investments in Asia across all asset classes with a focus on private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, credit and real estate. The team manages approximately $3.0 billion in investments in Asian based managers.

Prior to joining the Fund, Mr. Mason was the head for the Carlyle Group’s Asia Leverage Finance Fund and before that spent 13 years at JPMorgan most recently as Asian regional head of Leveraged Finance. In these roles, Mr. Mason has developed experience in structuring, underwriting and investing in private equity and credit transactions. Mr. Mason first came to Asia in 1990 to teach at the Foreign Affairs University in Beijing with Princeton-in-Asia, prior to that he worked in Washington DC for U.S. Senator Bill Bradley. Mr. Mason earned a Masters Degree in International Affairs from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) and a B.A. in International Relations and Economics from the University of Delaware. Mr. Mason speaks Mandarin Chinese.

The Church Pension Fund is a private tax exempt organization based in New York City with more than US$17 billion in assets under management. The Fund has been in continuous operation since 1917 and provides pension benefits to those serving the Episcopal Church. The Church is an extensive investor in alternative assets and has been investing with many of the global leaders in venture capital and private equity for decades.

Raymond Chan, Managing Director, Head of APAC Credit, CPPIB

Raymond joined CPPIB in October 2019 and leads our Asia credit business. He is the chair of the APAC Credit Committee and a member of our Global Credit Committee. He is also the co-chair of the Credit Committee of The HKVCA. Prior to joining CPP Investments, he was a managing director at SSG Capital, responsible for special situations investments and secured lending in Greater China.

Previously, Raymond was the head of Greater China at Intermediate Capital Group, senior fund manager at RAB Capital and head of Asia Asset Management at D.B. Zwirn. He started his career with HSBC, departing as a team head of the Real Estate Sector.

Raymond holds a BSSc in Economics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and an MBA from the EMBA program of the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Siddhartha Hari, Partner, Elham Credit Partners

Mr. Hari has over 20 years of investing experience as a private lender in APAC. Prior to Elham Credit Partners, Mr. Hari was Head of Financing for North Asia & Pacific at Deutsche Bank, where he managed a multi-billion-dollar loan book. During his 13-year tenure at Deutsche Bank, across India, Singapore and Hong Kong, Mr. Hari held leadership roles in Origination, Structuring, Risk Management, and Portfolio Ownership. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Mr. Hari also worked in Barclays in a regional role for 6 years. Mr. Hari holds a B.E. in Electronics Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

Stephanie Hui, Head of Private and Growth Equity in Asia Pacific; Global Co-head & Co-CIO of Growth Equity, Goldman Sachs

Stephanie is head of Private and Growth Equity in Asia Pacific, co-head of Asia Pacific Private Investing and global co-head and co-chief investment officer of Growth Equity within Goldman Sachs Asset Management.

Stephanie initially joined Goldman Sachs in 1995 as an analyst. She worked in the Principal Investment Area in New York and then transferred to Hong Kong in 1997. Stephanie left Goldman Sachs in 1998 to attend graduate school, rejoined the firm as an associate in 2000 and became an executive director in 2003. She was named managing director in 2006 and partner in 2010.

Stephanie is a member of the Global Board of Trustees of Asia Society, the Board of Governors of the China Venture Capital and Private Equity Association, the Board of Directors of Save the Children Hong Kong and Honorary Trustees of The Women’s Foundation.

Stephanie earned an AB in Biology, summa cum laude, from Harvard College in 1995 and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 2000.

The Honourable Paul CHAN Mo-po, GBM, GBS, MH, JP, Financial Secretary of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region

Mr Chan is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a former President of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Before joining the Government, Mr Chan held a number of public service positions including member of the Legislative Council and Chairman of Legal Aid Services Council.

Mr Chan served as Secretary for Development from July 2012 to January 2017. He has been Financial Secretary since 2017.

Howard Lee, Deputy Chief Executive, HKMA

Howard Lee is responsible for reserves management, financial infrastructure and fintech. He is also an Executive Director of the Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited. He joined the HKMA in 2009 as a Division Head and has worked in various areas including monetary management, financial stability surveillance, corporate services and banking policy. He was appointed as a Deputy Chief Executive on 1 January 2018. Prior to joining the HKMA, Mr Lee worked in the Hong Kong SAR Government in areas relating to economic development, financial services and other public policies.

Gregory Hara, Chief Executive, Managing Partner and Chairman of the Investment Committee, J-STAR CO., LTD

Experience
Gregory R. Hara oversees all investment and divestment decisions made at the Firm, as well as its strategic direction. Mr. Hara has been responsible for the investment activity of the Firm since 2006 when he, together with other founding Partners, formed J-STAR Co., Ltd. Before that, Mr. Hara was a Senior Manager of Tokyo based JAFCO Co., Ltd., the largest private equity investment firm. Before that, he was a Vice President of Lehman Brothers Inc, based in Tokyo, and prior to that a Vice President of The Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan, based in Tokyo, Osaka, Hiroshima, and Chicago.

Education / Others
Mr. Hara graduated from KEIO University in 1987 in Tokyo with an LL.B in Political Science. He is a C.P.A (Illinois, inactive) and a Chartered Member of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan.

Scott Chen, Managing Partner, L Catterton

Scott Chen is a managing partner at L Catterton, where he oversees the firm's Asia and RMB fund strategies.

Prior to joining L Catterton in 2020, Mr. Chen spent nearly 20 years at TPG investing across the broad consumer and healthcare landscape throughout Asia Pacific, most recently serving as a partner and managing director. During his second decade at TPG, he also led the firm’s investments in Greater China and drove the expansion of its China franchise. Before joining TPG, Mr. Chen worked in the Technology Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Lehman Brothers in New York.

Mr. Chen received a BS in Business Administration with honors from the University of Colorado.

Jeffrey Kwan, CIO, Lee Kum Kee Family Investment Group

Jeffrey Kwan is the Chief Investment Officer for the Lee Kum Kee Family Investment Group Limited. Prior to joining Lee Kum Kee, Jeff was with Credit Suisse Private Banking and was previously the CEO of a Single-Family Office in Hong Kong. Before joining the family office arena, Jeff was a hedge fund manager and proprietary trader running convertible bond arbitrage strategies in various institutions in New York and Hong Kong.

Jeff holds a Master of Laws degree from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University. Jeff is a Singaporean and has lived in Hong Kong for over 20 years.

Fredrik Atting, Founder, LEFA

Current position:
Founder and owner of LEFA. LEFA is an investment group focusing on investments in private markets. LEFA will partner with ambitious entrepreneurs and financial sponsors – providing capital, expertise and a global network.

Education:

    Previous experience:
  • Close to 30 years as Partner with the global private markets firm EQT AB (www.eqtgroup.com). Member of the initial team that founded EQT in the mid-90s.
  • Various positions within EQT, covering large-cap buyout, mid-market buyout in Europe as well as mid-market buyout in Asia. Established EQT in Asia in 2006. Was Head of EQT Asia from 2009 to 2013.
  • Prior to EQT at SEB Corporate Finance in Stockholm.

  • John Kim, Vice President, Lexington Partners

    John JongSeong Kim is a Vice President of Lexington Partners primarily engaged in the evaluation of secondary purchases of non-U.S. private equity and alternative investments.

    Prior to joining Lexington in 2023, John was a principal at Cota Capital, a venture capital firm in San Francisco, where he led the firm’s investments in healthcare. Prior to Cota Capital, John held senior investment positions at Glenview Capital in New York and Copernicus Capital in San Francisco, where he invested across various healthcare subsectors. During his tenure at Glenview Capital, John took a hiatus and served in the Republic of Korea Army. He began his career at Morgan Stanley where he was an investment banking analyst in Hong Kong and New York, focusing on cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

    John graduated cum laude from Columbia University with a B.S. in operations research and earned an M.S. in Management (Sloan Fellow) from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

    Doug Coulter, Partner, LGT Capital Partners

    Doug Coulter joined LGT Capital Partners in 2007 to lead its Asian private equity investment activities. Prior to LGT, Doug was a Senior Investment Officer at the IFC, responsible for direct investments in the TMT, retail & consumer and healthcare sectors. He previously worked at Nomura Securities in Hong Kong and as a lawyer at Fasken in Toronto. He holds an MBA from INSEAD, a M.Sc. from the LSE, a law degree from the University of Western Ontario and a B.A. from Queen’s University in Canada.

    Henry Lin, Founder and CEO, Linnovate Partners

    Henry Lin is the Founder and CEO of Linnovate Partners and RAISE Technologies, which he established in 2016 to meet the growing demand for an integrated suite of service and technology solutions in the alternative investment industry.

    Henry began his career in the UK as a software engineer, specializing in advanced technologies such as AR, IoT, Product Lifecycle Management, and Computer-Aided Design for industrial companies. From 2009 to 2016, he served as Managing Director at eFront, a leading technology solutions provider for alternative investment, which was acquired by BlackRock in 2019. In his role, Henry managed projects across the Middle East, Asia, and Greater China, advising clients and engaging with key stakeholders, including sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors, and fund managers.

    In addition to his role at Linnovate Partners, Henry is an active committee member and speaker at global industry associations and conferences, where he shares his insights on alternative investments, technological advancements, and the future of asset servicing. He has delivered keynote addresses at numerous conferences and seminars, emphasizing the transformative potential of technology in private capital market.

  • Kent Chen, Managing Director, Neuberger Berman Asia

    Kent Chen, CFA, is a Managing Director and head of Asia private equity at Neuberger Berman and a member of the Private Investment Portfolios and Co-Investments Investment Committees. Mr. Chen joined Neuberger Berman in 2015 from the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) after 17 years of central banking career in various positions including Deputy Chief Representative of the HKMA’s New York Office and Advisor to the Executive Director for China at the International Monetary Fund in Washington D.C. From 2008, Mr. Chen was involved in the establishment of the HKMA’s private equity program. Before joining the HKMA in 1998, Mr. Chen was Head of China Research at Daiwa Securities, covering the Chinese stock market. Mr. Chen is a member of the Products Advisory Committee of the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) in Hong Kong.

    Meng Zhou, Director, Head of Private Investment Team, NF Trinity

    Meng Zhou joined NF Trinity in 2017. Meng is involved in the firm’s private fund and direct investments.

    Before joining NF Trinity, Meng was a Senior Associate at Alpinvest Partners where he evaluated and executed fund investments across Asia Pacific. Before AlpInvest, he was an Associate at Oaktree Capital covering private equity investments in Asia. Prior to that, he worked in investment banking at Credit Suisse in New York and Hong Kong.

    Meng received a BS in Biomedical Engineering and a MS in Operations Research from Columbia University.

    Lincoln Pan, Partner, PAG

    Lincoln Pan is a Partner of PAG, a leading Asia-based alternative investment fund managing over US$55bn in capital. He is a co-head of Private Equity and a member of the PAG Group Management Committee.

    Lincoln has led work for many of PAG’s overseas investments, including Australian Venue Co, Pravesha Industries, Huis Ten Bosch, Patties and Vesco, Cordina Foods, Nuvama Wealth, Rex Acme, Gamot API, Craveable Brands, Joyson Safety Systems, Cushman & Wakefield, Lexmark International and Food Union Group. He leads the non-China investment team at PAG as well as the Portfolio Operations Team.

    Prior to joining PAG, Lincoln was Regional CEO, Greater China for Willis Towers Watson. He previously worked with Advantage Partners, GE Capital and McKinsey & Company. Lincoln holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA from Williams College.

    John Kim, Managing Director and Head of Asia-Pacific, Private Equity, PSP Investments

    John is Managing Director and Head of Asia-Pacific, Private Equity at PSP Investments. John heads PSP’s Asian PE business and Hong Kong operations, where he joined in 2019 as the first employee of the Hong Kong office. Prior to PSP, John spent a decade at AlpInvest where he focused on PE co-investments in Asia. He started his career at Lehman Brothers. John holds a Sc.B. in Applied Math-Economics from Brown University.

    Danny Koh, Founder & CEO, Tower Capital Asia

    Danny is the founder and CEO of Tower Capital Asia. He has over 20 years of private equity experience in Southeast Asia. He began his private equity career with 3i where he invested in and exited several successful deals. More recently, he led the Southeast Asia private equity team at Actis before he founded Tower Capital Asia in 2016. Danny started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

    Danny has a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is also a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

    Besides being on the boards of portfolio companies, he is Vice Chairman of Community Chest, Singapore.

    Frederic Azemard, Managing Partner, TR Capital

    Frederic Azemard is a Managing Partner at TR Capital. He joined TR Capital in 2012, focusing on investments in the region, and he serves as a board member for several of TR Capital’s investee companies.

    Mr. Azemard began his career at Bain & Co. in Los Angeles. In 2005, he joined Electra Partners, a private equity buyout in Europe, before becoming the CEO of Sunnco GC, a leading photovoltaic EPC and developer. Mr. Azemard is also a former Officer of the French Navy.

    Mr. Azemard holds a Master’s degree in electrical engineering from UCLA, and graduated from both École Polytechnique and École Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications (ENST).

    Danny Lee, Managing Partner, VCA Capital

    Danny Lee is an experienced investor with over 25 years of global private equity experience spanning venture, growth and buyouts. He is currently managing VCA Capital Fund I, helping individuals and family offices manage their private equity portfolio globally through both fund and direct investments. Danny is also a senior advisor to Blue Pool Capital where he was a partner running global private equity since 2015. Before that he was a managing director at Bain Capital and Vice President at Investor AB, the largest industrial holding company in the Nordic region. He started his career with Lehman Brothers in NY. Danny has a BA in Economics from Columbia and is a CFA Charter holder.

    Danny is an Aspen Finance Fellow and Edmund Hillary Fellow. He sits on the investment committee for New Zealand Elevate Venture Fund, on the board of the HK Venture Capital and Private Equity Association, and is the chairman of Seed Foundation, a youth education NGO sponsored by Alibaba Entrepreneur Fund. He is also a committee member at the Financial Services Development Council, an advisor to the Hong Kong Trade Development Council and Our Hong Kong Foundation, and a founding Patron to the HK Palace Museum.

    Kee Lock Chua, Group President / CEO, Vertex Holdings

    Mr. Chua Kee Lock is the Group President / CEO of Vertex Holdings (“VH”), a Singaporeheadquartered venture capital investment holding company. VH is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek.

    Vertex Group is a global venture capital network comprising 4 early-stage technologyfocused funds (Vertex Ventures China, Vertex Ventures Israel, Vertex Ventures US, Vertex Ventures SEA & India), an early-stage healthcare-focused fund (Vertex Ventures HC) and a growth-stage fund (Vertex Growth). Each of these funds is managed by independent and separate General Partnerships and investment teams, with VH providing anchor funding alongside significant 3rd party capital commitments. Vertex Group manages over USD 6B in assets. Mr Chua is currently Managing Partner of Vertex Ventures SEA & India, as well as Chairman of Vertex Growth Fund.

    Prior to this, he held senior positions in Biosensors International Group, Ltd., a developer/manufacturer of medical devices; Walden International, a US-headquartered venture capital firm; NatSteel Ltd., a Singapore industrial products company, and Intraco Ltd., a Singapore-listed trading/distribution company. Mr. Chua co-founded MediaRing, a provider of voice-over-internet protocol technologies, which was later listed on the Singapore Exchange. He currently serves on the boards of several companies, including Credit Bureau Asia Limited and Venture Corporation Ltd, which are public-listed.

    Mr. Chua has been Singapore’s Non-Resident Ambassador to the Republic of Cuba and the Republic of Panama since 2020.

    Mr. Chua graduated with a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin and an M.Sc. degree from Stanford University under the NatSteel scholarship.
